Crest cut router
Wave-inspired. Precision delivered.
“CREST” refers to the highest point of a wave. While its appearance resembles a wave shape, the cutting edge is actually straight. The wave pattern along the spiral is adjusted by each cutting edge, which breaks chips into finer pieces. This reduces cutting force and extends tool life. To accommodate a wide range of work materials (customized products), the helix angle and relief angle can be modified. Key Features ■Reduced cutting resistance and extended tool life thanks to the CREST geometry ■Ideal for mass production environments where machining stability and repeatability are essential ■Designed for compatibility with automatic processing machines and NC routers ■Adaptable helix and relief angles allow for machining a wide range of materials, including ABS resin, acrylic, and aluminum Specifications ■Applications: Contour cutting, grooving, drilling, trimming, chamfering, etc. ■Work Materials: Plywood, MDF, particle board, laminated wood, solid wood, and more ■Compatible Machines: NC routers, automatic processing machines ■Example Dimensions: 12mm × 45mm × 100 × 12 × 2P For more details, please refer to the PDF brochure or feel free to contact us.
